I provided custom measurements for an oversized shirt and sample arrived with completely different measurements. My sample had both DTG and Screen print, screen print was good but the DTG was faded and discolored. Surprisingly the fabric of the shirt was really good and soft, I asked for 100% cotton 240gsm. Communication with the person helping me was very difficult as she most likely speaks and/or understands very little English. Manufacturing my sample also took quite long from the 3 week estimated time.
If they focused more on customer service and QC they would be decent as I actually liked their fabric and samples. Unfortunately no business can function with inconsistent garments.
